Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with any tags attached

If your return meets these conditions, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee a refund for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@seeyouneser.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or refund — and in these cases, you won't be charged for return shipping.

Final Sale — Swimwear & Intimates

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and other intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is standard practice and helps us keep every product safe and sanitary for all customers.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address.
  3. Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery, using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
